Beaux-Art Reimagined

This project reimagined a historic Beaux-Arts apartment to blend with ultramodern elements for the optimal modern lifestyle. We strategically redesigned the ornamental gallery and butler’s pantry as the central spine of the residence to optimize the flow and unlock an additional 83 sq ft. living room space, a new bathroom, and a 129 sq ft room.

To enhance the spatial experience, carefully curated lighting designs have been integrated, seamlessly connecting the historical and contemporary languages. The original local eucalyptus wood paneling, windows, and ornaments have been meticulously refurbished and adorned with gold leaf, celebrating its timeless beauty. The highest-quality Italian slabs and custom brass fixtures are sourced to align the space with modern sensibility.
